South Carolina National Guard renews service contracts with PEAKE

Guard will utilize Tactical IP satellite service, Tactical Voice VoIP service and PRO Support Engineering services

PEAKE has recently renewed a master service contract with the South Carolina National Guard, providing the Guard with satellite, voice and support services. PEAKE will continue to provide the Guard with reliable service that gives access to data, voice, and video communications, regardless of infrastructure capability.Tactical-IP Responder provides a robust throughput up to 3 Mbps x 1 Mbps Ku-Band bandwidth with 10 On-Air days per month. This service includes Dual-Look Satellite Diversity as a standard and Committed Information Rate priority service for streaming service in one direction.SCNG will continue to utilize PEAKE’s Tactical-IP service on several of their TICS Warrior portable systems as well as their IC4U vehicles, deployed across the state. Tactical-IP VSAT services gives SCNG the communication infrastructure needed in the field. Tactical-Voice service provides flexible VoIP capability with 5 digit internal dialing, AES encryption tunnels and Local DID allows for phone number in own area code.SCNG will also take advantage of PEAKE’s PRO Support service. PRO Support provides end-users with the highest level of technical assistance, including direct access to our experienced, certified systems engineers. As a Level 3 subscriber, ICE will receive the following:

  • 24/7 On Call Network Operations Center support
  • Modem “Spare in the Air” service
  • Unlimited remote engineering support for PEAKE installed or configured systems
