The MOC allows ComEd to respond to customer outages and complaints more efficiently and effectivly throughout a major storm or outage. PEAKE integrated satellite communications and video teleconferencing into the MOC providing ComEd with the ability to work seamlessly and conitinue response efforts throughout outages.
