CHALLENGE
Mobile Command Vehicles (MCVs) deployed by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) require fully integrated, secure, and interoperable network infrastructure to support real-time operations in the field.
DHS agencies—including FEMA, CBP, and ICE—deploy Mobile Command Vehicles to serve as forward-deployed coordination centers during disasters, border operations, and high-threat events. These vehicles must support a full suite of communications tools, including video conferencing, data sharing, radio interoperability, and secure access to federal networks. However, integration challenges arise due to multi-vendor equipment, evolving mission requirements, and the need for rapid deployment under rugged conditions. Without seamless network integration, mission execution, situational awareness, and interagency coordination can be compromised.

OUR approach
PEAKE delivers end-to-end network integration services for DHS Mobile Command Vehicles—designing and implementing fully integrated, interoperable systems that enable secure, mission-ready operations. PEAKE engineers configure onboard routers, switches, radios, and satellite/LTE links into a unified architecture that supports voice, video, and data workflows. Solutions are hardened for field use, compliant with federal cybersecurity standards, and optimized for rapid deployment and remote management. PEAKE also provides documentation, training, and lifecycle sustainment.
