Contract Overview

Acting by and through the Department of Information Resources, the State of Texas has established a contract with Incident Communication Solutions LLC, dba PEAKE to provide various Emergency Preparedness, Disaster Recovery Information Technology Products and Related Services.

PEAKE supports public sector agencies with deployable, resilient, and mission-focused technology solutions designed for emergency response, disaster recovery, continuity of operations, and field communications.

Customers may purchase directly through this DIR contract. The contract may be used by Texas state and local government, public education, other public entities in Texas, and eligible public entities outside the State of Texas.

DIR Cooperative Contracts are available to eligible public sector customers, including:

  • Eligible public entities outside Texas, where applicable DIR requirements are met
