ISO practices are globally renowned as a leading business management tool; over 1 million organizations worldwide are currently ISO certified. The ISO standard integrates various internal processes and creates a comprehensive process approach for project execution. During the course of this voluntary certification, PEAKE will implement an internal audit team and formal management reviews to regularly assess our processes and direct continual improvements.Our ISO 9001:2015 certified quality management system will focus specifically on defining and improving the internal processes in the following areas of our organization:
